PILATES CLASSES

Comprehensive BASI Pilates Teacher in training, with an Honours degree in Dance Performance and over 10 years experience in teaching dance and movement. Movement has always been such an important part of my life - dance, pilates and yoga. I'd love to be able to share my enthusiasm for movement with you and tailer the exercises to help you achieve your movement goals.

I teach mat and equipment Pilates classes in a calm, encouraging and precise way, which focus on supporting you to develop strength and flexibility in your body, so you can move with increased ease, clarity and control.  I want you to leave the studio feeling supported and uplifted, stronger in your body, and with a greater mind body awareness.

Currently I teach private, duo and trio classes by appointment (1020, Wien), as well as group reformer and private/duo equipment classes at LINES STUDIO (1050, Wien). Please contact me if you'd like to find out more or book a class. 

 
MY PILATES JOURNEY

I was first introduced to Mat pilates as a teenager to complement my intense dance ​training. I discovered that it’s an excellent way to understand my body ​better, to recognise and accept my limitations as well as where I can develop strength and flexibility by working in a smart, clear and precise way. I love how the flow of a class and the repetition of the movements encourages you to synchronise the body, mind and breath.

Pilates has accompanied me throughout my professional dance performance career and helped me develop and maintain strength, stability, precision and control, which has been essential for such a demanding physical job.
In recent years I was curious to dive deeper into understanding the Pilates method and working with the full suite of Pilates equipment. This is why I decided to undertake the BASI Comprehensive Training Programme - one of the world’s leading Pilates schools.

It's brings me joy to share my movement knowledge with people from all around the world. I’m inspired to help people feel stronger and more confident in their bodies, improve posture and alignment, and build skills that transfer to living daily life with greater ease.
